Hello,
We are trying to add the IP addresses for virtual HUB hosts to the security exclusion list, but we are
not sure whether that a single IP address or a range of IP is assigned to the virtual HUB hosts.
Could someone please enlighten me on how the IP addresses are assigned to the virtual HUB Hosts?
Thank you very much in advance!

Re: IP addresses for virtual HUB hosts
Hello Solo,
Thank you very much for your prompt response!
However, the link provided explains about virtual hosts using NAT inside the virtual HUB, but it is not quit what I'm looking for.
My question is :-
Is there a way to find out what GLOBAL IP range assigned to the Virtual HUB?
I currently have 2 IPs i.e., 130.158.6.xxx/32 and when I looked up using whois then 130.158.0.0/16 is allocated to Tsukuba Univ.
But this is a bit too much range of IPs, so I would like to know if there are more specific IP ranges.
Thank you very much in advance!

Re: IP addresses for virtual HUB hosts
Hi yusuke101, there is no IP range, you get either an IP of the gateway:
nslookup vpnxxxxxxxxx.vpnazure.net
...or your own IP on SE DDNS:
nslookup vpnxxxxxxxxx.softether.net
nslookup vpnxxxxxxxxx.vpnazure.net
...or your own IP on SE DDNS:
nslookup vpnxxxxxxxxx.softether.net

Re: IP addresses for virtual HUB hosts
Hi Solo,
Thank you very much for your reply!
Great! So, then the IP address I get for each host is fixed IP. (Not in range)
Ok, I will add the host IPs to the exclusion list on our Security service.
Thank you very much once again!
