Hi everyone/developers of SoftEther VPN:

Can I get some information with regards to:

1. A comprehensive list of error codes and their descriptions for each command pertaining to `vpnserver`/`vpncmd` .
2. Debug mode for `vpncmd`

There isn't debug mode of vpncmd.
Please try to compile vpnserver with -DEBUG option.
After that execute the vpnserver by command line mode (execution way depends on OS).
