SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi there, I have a VPS Server which is located in Netherlands. In this server is installed Ubuntu 14.04 lts Operating System. Guys, I have a problem with Softether VPN Server Manager. The problem is I can not connect to VPN Server with Iphone and Android devices, I have checked everything is Ok even my desktop computer is connecting to this VPN server. Actually I turned on IPsec and L2TP service which is shown on website: https://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howt ... nd_Android , but still I can not connect to vpn.

Here is test if you want to check our problem:
IP address: 84.22.97.47
username: test
password: test
IPSec pre-shared key: vpn

This does not help since no one has actual access to your server.

First you need to see whether this server is reachable at all.
Try

nc -zv -u 84.22.97.47 500
Same for ports: 4500, 1701

Let me check connection!
