SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi,

since yesterday I´m using Softehter and I can say that I happily created my first VPN for our office network.

At present our server is located on a "normal" computer. This computer goes to sleep after a certain time.
This creates problems, as fro mthat moment on the server is not available via VPN.

Is there a chance that the server gets waked up by softether when it recognises a "knock on the door"?

Please change the sleep settings.

Yes that´s what I did.

Server is now running all time, what works the easiest.
