SoftEther VPN User Forum

I used SoftEther VPN Client from few years ago with my laptop(Win 10 updated from Win 8.1, client installed when OS was Win 8.1), It didn't make any problem until now. I was satisfied with it so, after I bought my desktop I installed client to use SoftEther. However, I can't use because 'VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers' option does not exist even I use first time. When I installed on laptop, that option was initially installed too, but when I installed on desktop, it doesn't exist initially.
Should I download setting from somewhere or is it just difference of different version? I hope you can tell me how to solve this problem. Please help me.

you probably have to download VPNGate client with plugin for Windows (SoftEther VPN client does not have necessary plugin) from http://www.vpngate.net/en/download.aspx
