Which vpn protocol are you using?

If you are using OpenVPN, you can achieve what you need through the client configurations

HOW????

I am using L2TP via the VPN Azure, as behind a NAT'd service where no control over the firewall.
All connections work fine, but so slow as all Internet is redirected thru L2TP connection.

There are NO options to ONLY direct 192.168.10.xx traffic via VPN (or 10.8.0.xxx for example,)

So which traffic should be redirected through the VPN?

On SE, if you just want to reach intranet, I think you can leave the gateway field empty

From the client you can try to add a route for your traffic, like in this example:

Or if you are using OpenVPN you can shape the traffic from the client in anyway you want:
