Hi. Not sure I understand your question. But isn't it just a matter of configuring the SaferVPN+DHCP feature? Then you will get IPs ranging from 192.168.30.10 to 192.168.30.200. IP assignment is automatic.

Did you use SSTP, L2TP or OpenVPN?
In these PPP based protocols, the exposed IP address is different to the IP address assigned to the client.
