SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi,
I have tried to follow the SoftEther screenshots for setting up VPN on my MacBook Air:

When configuring a new L2TP VPN, what do I write in at 'Server Address' & 'Account Name' (4th screen-shot). I tried to use my wireless IP address but this didn't work. I contacted my internet provider but they were unable to help.

Server Address is your IP address of the server that runs SoftEther.

Account Name is the username that you created in said server.

Do you have a SoftEther server running to connect to in the first place?
