vpn gate public vpn relay servers does not appear

and when clicking on what option i see .. this 2nd picture appear's...

and this is the easymode...

i just reinstalled and clean version of win10 64x...
and deleted ( AutoLogger-Diagtrack-Listener.etl ) for some reason...
does it have to do with the problem?

but if not .. why it wont show? or the list of the"vpn gate public vpn relay servers" under any other option ?

seriously no one know?
