Maybe can some one help me? I just installed SoftEther VPN Client Manager. but don't have VPN Gate Public server, as shown in installation FAQ. Is there any guide how to instal it manually?

Yes i saw this. but on step 2 i dont see Publick vpn gate

You need SoftEther VPN Client + VPN Gate Client Plug-in.
