SE cluster setup - does controller support live session rebalancing

Hi There,
I would like to know if softether does supports live session rebalancing? for example - when working with cluster setup , if one of the member goes down the session of that faulty node taken over by other nodes, and then a new node comes up it does not rebalance, rather only new conenctions goes into the new VPN server .
Is there any way I can make it work such a way that live session will rebalanced with new nodes ?
