hello everyone,
i need some help. my current isp is operating on a cgnat network. i have done everything possible to get ports open and i am having no luck at all. i spent a total of 14 hours on the phone with them regarding this and saying they are not on a cgnat network. natchecker.com it says im on a restricted cone nat which means i am under a cgnat network. i am needing help to get vpn access as i have to have access to my files when i am not home and i dont have thousands of dollars to spend on external hard drives just to have access to my files. any help would be greatly appreciated and same with any recommendations.

Use SoftEther's free VPN Azure gateway address. If its latency and throughput is unacceptable, you could establish your own VPS gateway for a few bucks per month.

So instead of using ***.softether.net use ***vpnazure.net?

update: Issue is resolved!
Spoke with operations manager of my ISP and they confirmed they are blocking ports. The recommended using WireGuard as server. I got a thinking if WireGuard as a server works on their services how about i change everything to WireGuards port "51820" and of course I did...and NOW EVERYTHING IS WORKING!!!!!!!!!!
if you are having this type of issue I recommended changing to port 51820.
