OS windows8.1 X86 (SoftEther VPN Client Ver 4.14, Build 9529, beta) line speed is not high and ping value is high, the use of ineffective! What is the solution?

Hello,

You will need to connect to a VPN server that has a direct transit line with China Telecom or China Unicom. ConoHa has a direct transit line with China Telecom and is owned by GMO, which is very huge company in Japan.

Ooh! That's a good VPS to know. Hopefully, the GFW doesn't block that line. They're already threatening to block all foreign CDNs =P
