Have similar problem now. My ISP does MAC control, server itself connects to internet just fine, i can access it just fine. But every VPN client gets disconnected from internet as if ISP see unknown MAC. My ISP redirects all VPN clients to the page supposed to those who physicaly connected with new devices. Server, however, still has internet working.

Is this something you've only recently experienced, or has this not worked from the start?

Have you tried enabling SecureNAT?

If possible, do NAT with your own OS instead of using SecureNAT.
