You can use OpenVPN client to connect SoftEther VPN on iOS and Android.

First of all active port 443 on your server then after generating the configuration file in the "openvpn/ms-ssttp setting" and the click "generate a sample .... clients" let open it by the notepad. in the line "porto" change "UDP" to "TCP" and in the line "remote" change the number to 443. Now import the profile to your client. Bear in mind that you do need an Open VPN client forgot native iOS, windows and Android client. I have tested it and it works nicely.

Hi there
I should say your ISP is very important. I checked with asiatech and rightel and it works but today I was in a place with parsonline or Datak and I couldn't connect via openvpn. If you have some free port on your server let check some ports like 25 or even 80 just as a test let see whether you can connect via different ports or ISP. The problem in fact is about packet sniffing and port blocking in Iran. If you can connect to your sever through the softether native software your server setting in OK
