What VPN servers are you using? You can set up your own private VPN server using a virtual private server (VPS) and Facebook will without doubt work on it (as will every other site).

Check out http://www.lowendbox.com for cheap VPS offers that will suit you perfectly. Keep a look out at the right time and you'll find servers for US$12 a year or less that will run SoftEther without any problems.

Due to new filtering method , you shoudnt run facebook if you are not using VPN. otherwise , local filterring IP will be chatched at browser instead of facebook , wait and try again a moment later through VPN.
