GateWay-to-GateWay VPN between Cisco RV016\42\82 & SoftEther

Hi! Need help with configuration.
SoftEther VPN server installed on Windows server 2012 R2 runs on Hyper-V VM in data-center (via RRAS role). (Lan : 10.10.1.50\24)
In office I have a cisco RV082 DualWan VPN Router with statiс Wan IP & Lan 192.168.0.0\24 subnet.
Needless: GateWay-to-GateWay VPN connection between VM & office cisco rv082.
I enabled Mac Spoofing option on my Network card on VM in Hyper-V Manager.
In SoftEther I enabled "IPse/L2TP setting"->"Enable EtherIP/L2TPv3 over Ipsec Server Function" & set Ipsec Pre-Shared Key.
In My Cisco RV082 I configured "Gateway To Gateway" VPN with default options & same Pre-Shared Key as in SoftEither VPN server.
So now my connection is in status : CONNECTED.
Seems to be all fine, but I cant ping nothing betweeen my Networks.

You connected between different IP segment.
Did you configure IP routing?
