Can you tell me if Softehter have implementation of Radius accounting?
If yes, from which version was implemented the radius accounting.

RADIUS Authentication is supported by SoftEther and it's in the manual:

Not sure from which version they started to support it, but I would imagine it started in the early versions.

Accounting and authentication are two different things.
