I personally don't know how to do this, but I am wondering if it is possible to create a VPN connection through the TOR network.

So all servers are down?

It is impossible to block SE on port 443

if you need help you must write what client you use. If you use openvpn or builtin adroid vpn it is blocked - do not use 443 port

Do not cry 'all server cannot connect' write what you use and solve the problem yourself!

Suppose your IPs of server are being blocked. So you need to change the IPs for servers or get the new servers and IPs.

Who have ideas or solutions for unsuccessful L2TP connection to Softether VPN server in China? All L2TP IPsec/PSK connections from iPhone, Android, and Macbook are unsuccessful from China. It should be blocked by China GFW. Please advise. Thanks!

You can not read?!

Use SoftEther https protocol on port 443. This is impossible to block.

I made my own compilation of SEclient for android - search this forum.

App does not exist. I start it manually on tablet. Tablet must be rooted to be able to run it.

If you are really interested try if you are able to connect from any linux machine starting it manually. It is the same process.A bit complicated.

The most complicated was to configure the vpn client. I used usb-LAB converter and used PC based manager to configure it.

If you try linux machine it is easier to configure because then you can connect PC machine with manager to any LAN interface.

Then if you succed you can use configuration file direclty for Android - vpn_client.config

Try first if you are able to run vpncmd on your tablet.

Download it here: (change to english flag)

SE servers can be easily detected by your government. So it looks like they block se vpn servers by IP.

That's not, strictly speaking, true and one of the things you shouldn't do is to post duplicates in the forums. I've removed your duplicate post that you put up earlier.

I've never seen that on these forums before nor in the fourteen years I've been using the forum software used here.

Not when you're posting in someone else's territory.
