protocol error server return message

I installed softether vpn on win10 computer, the server and client Settings are correct, but the connection failed to display "protocol error server return message". Please help solve it. thank you.

This is a screenshot of configuring the server and client. Server host is filled in my own computer ip, other configuration is automatic, I did not change. But it just won't connect. My computer is win10 enterprise version system, is a separate network.

Which means...
- get rid of whatever else is running on SE's port
- or change connection port

BTW, when you've done it you'll discover that running SE client on the same LAN is a horrible idea.
