VPN connects but shared folder is inaccessible

I'm new to SoftEther experience, but something strange happened.

In a company I installed the softether server and client normally, the client connects normally but does not access the network folder.
In another company has the same settings, and works normally.

One thing that differs the customers and I don't know if it's related, is that in the company that doesn't work, there is an AD.

Do you have any relationship?
