when i use softEther in idle, every hour it's using about 30 mb of my network Trrafic
and when i disconnect it, in idle, every hour using less than 5 mb.
i don't using keep alive option and i don't know what's this traffic for it

Keepalive packets are not a significant traffic.
SoftEther VPN is a layer 2 VPN protocol.
Many OS services send broadcast packets to probes a layer 2 network.
It is not easy to stop whole of this behavior.
When you stop the Windows sharing protocol of a virtual network adapter, the problem may be reduced.
