SoftEther VPN Client - does it work on Mac?

Hi,

It says everywhere on this site that the SoftEther VPN Client method can *only* be used for Windows. However, the SoftEther VPN Client download page also has a Mac version.

Is it possible to use this method on a Mac?

From my experience, if you are connecting to vpngate server, you need to use the vpngate plugin to connect or otherwise timeout error will occur(not all servers but most). However, that plugin is for Windows only and is only available at the installer coming from vpngate.net.
