The OpenVPN Settings page tells you that "Any TCP ports which are defined as listeners on the VPN server accepts OpenVPN Protocol respectively and equally" In other words, you can define a Listener on the VPN server that listens on a TCP port will accept connections from an OpenVPN client.

Hey mate,
Do you still need to change the UDP protocol to TCP in the config?
I haven't been able to establish a TCP connection via port 443 yet.
