User Authentication Failed

Hello,

I have just configured Softether with Freeradius. I am getting user authentication failed error. I have created wild with radius authentication. I have also created one normal user. It is working fine.

Error in softether logs:
2019-04-17 18:05:56.398 SSL communication for connection "CID-11" has been started. The encryption algorithm name is "AES256-SHA".
2019-04-17 18:05:57.324 [HUB "VPN"] The connection "CID-11" (IP address: xx.xx.xx.xx, Host name: xxxxxx, Port number: 61521, Client name: "SoftEther VPN Client", Version: 4.22, Build: 9634) is attempting to connect to the Virtual Hub. The auth type provided is "External server authentication" and the user name is "username".
2019-04-17 18:06:07.394 [HUB "VPN"] Connection "CID-11": User authentication failed. The user name that has been provided was "username".
2019-04-17 18:06:07.666 Connection "CID-11" terminated by the cause "User authentication failed." (code 9).
2019-04-17 18:06:07.666 Connection "CID-11" has been terminated.
2019-04-17 18:06:07.666 The connection with the client (IP address xx.xx.xx.xx, Port number 61521) has been disconnected.
2019-04-17 18:06:13.355 Administration mode [RPC-38]: The log file on the server "" (log file "server_log/vpn_20190417.log") has been downloaded.

Logs in Radius server:

My username and password details are in radcheck which is added through whmcs. Please assist. Thank you.
