SoftEther Client Manager Not Connecting

I installed SoftEther Client Manager as per the Instructions,
In the New VPN Connection Properties Window I enter the parameters
1) Name Type : MyHostVPN
2) Host Name : I don't know (the instruction tells it is in email package, I didn't get an email or anything) I just download from Internet.
3) Port Name : 443
4) Virtual Hub Name Dropdown : Nothing happened (I typed myhostvpn)
5) Authentication Type : Select adius or NT Domain Authentication
6) Username: MyHostVPN username. (I typed)
7) Password: MyHostVPN password. (I typed)
Then Click OK.
Then, Click Connect.

But Error connection window coming. I tried several times, I don't know how to manage these thing.

Please give me a solution.

Who has configured it?

Do you know ip address of the server?

how you know if it is public ip? may be isp connects more people to the same ip, ask isp

You need PUBLIC IP and nobody else is on the same ip

This is how I fixed it:

The error message is:
"Error (Error Code 131):
Several VPN Servers on the same IP address. You can specify the destination server's private IP or hostname concretely such as "Global IP address or host name/192.168.x.x". Or if a NAT is used on the server's side, configure the NAT to open, relay or transfer appropriate ports."

The error message says "put the host name in there as well".
I looked up my hostname on the softether server itself. and put hostname/example.com like the error suggest but this didn't work at all. It no longer routes.

For fun I tired:

example.com/hostname for the "host name" feild.

And now it works.
No idea what was wrong... probably some linux security patch about hostnames on the server itself.
