Does not let me setting as startup connection

I even wanted to set as startup connection on the active vpn, but it doesn't let me set as startup connection, can anyone tell me is this the case?
1. "create connection to VPN Gate manually" - viewtopic.php?t=69953
2. right-click on it and "Set as Startup Connection"
