When will the latest official version of Softether be released?

I have been following the development progress of SoftEther.
Currently, Microsoft has released MS Windows 11 ver. 25H2.
The latest stable version of SoftEther VPN is: (Ver 4.44, Build 9807, rtm)
Does the project team have any plans to release a new stable version?
