The softether server has completely lost its ability to transfer traffic. I hope someone can fix this feature. The known problem lies in the fact that the underlying protocol of the level connection is UDP. Currently, many IDC vendors have implemented QoS for UDP, which prevents UDP from transmitting properly. Perhaps changing the underlying protocol of the level connection to TCP protocol can solve many problems.

An IDC's QoS might affect only SoftEther's optional NAT-T or UDP Acceleration functions, but never "its ability to transfer traffic".
