hamcore.se2 is missing or broken

SoftEther VPN Kermel と記されたダイアログが立ち上がりPC画面の真ん中に表示されるようになりました。
そのダイアログは閉じることができず、SoftEther VPNも使用できません。
ダイアログにはhamcore.se2 is missing or brokenとあります。

私はそこまでPCに詳しくないので解決できず困っています。
どなたかお力添えいただけますでしょうか。

動作に必要なファイルが破損しているようです。
一度アンインストールして、インストールし直してみて下さい。

アンインストールしようと既に試していますがSoft~のソフトが
自動的に立ち上がって例のダイアログが表示されるのでできません。


PCの初期化も同じような状態で出来ませんでした。

タスクマネージャーでsoft~の強制終了をして最新のアプリをダウンロードしたら解決しました。

I have the same problem about this.
And I cannot find softether VPN in task manager to forced shut down.
Is there more detailed tutorial? Thx
(Update) solution from the article of general discussion: Windows Security -> Virus & threat protection -> Protection history -> Threat blocked
-> actions allow. Then it could work.
