how to connect to VPN Server vpn1.softether.net ? I don't know which virtual hub should used to create the VPN Connection.

THIS IS NOT A SECRET IP ADDRESS AT ALL,right? It's on a publicly open web page https://www.softether.org/ deleting my post isn't right

I think this is a VPN server with NAT enabled,and vpn1.softether.net seems not blocked by any DPI-enabled countries
Because the vpn1.softether.net hostname is rarely used? or just because i need to request the username & password to access the virtual HUBs on it?
