can each hub has a specific pulic ip ?

i need soft ether for remote access vpn and i have centos with many ips on it.
i have server with many public ips

i need to create many hubs each with user/pwd

and on each hub i need to bind it with specific pulbic ip

is that possible ?

Please assign the IP to virtual NIC manually.

On each hub, enable SecureNAT and push different routes to it in order to make the traffic route through the specified IP address.

This requires some networking knowledge.
