software vpn server behind sonicwall-dell firewall

We have sonicwall-dell firewall and behind that private cloud (openstack). We have several vm including one with softether vpn server. we have created virtual hub on that server. We have several other vm (ubuntu) in same cloud with softether vpn client installed. Now we want to give remote access to our workers from outside our LAN. we try creating NAT and port forwarding rules on our sonicwall-dell firewall with public IP address but remote workers cannot access vm. Any suggestions? Thanks
