SoftEther VPN to CISCO ASA 5520

Hi

I need some help to establish one VPN L2TPv3/IPsec to CISCO ASA 5520.
In the DATACENTER we have CISCO ASA 5520 and in the remore site (SoftEther).

The SoftEther will work fine to connect with CISCO ASA in DataCenter ?

We dont use SoftEther in DataCenter ok
What kind of parameter I need to configure in Softether to work with this enviroment ?

SoftEther VPN can't be initiator of IPsec.
So, Cisco router should be initiator.
