Asking for OpenVPN server configuration location for edit

First, thank you for providing that free and smart Softether VPN Server for us!

Second, my OpenVPN client for iOS or Android got same problem about disconnecting every 2~5mn, I searched on Google and most answers prompt to "reneg-sec 36000" of the OpenVPN server and OpenVPN client side, I wish to edit the OpenVPN server.conf or from the "vpncmd" Softether assistant to reduce it to "0"?

Third, I want to ask about how to connect to OpenVPN from TCP port instead of UDP, both are all OK too by editing the OpenVPN server or through "vpncmd" Sofether assistant as well?

Last, extra question not related to the topic but do you know any Daloradius alternative?

First question:
The reneg-sec value is hardcoded. I guess the parameter isn't related to the problem.
Please check a server log.

Second question:
Please edit client.conf.
