TAP or TUN

Hi,
i have a small network in my enterprise:
an ADSL box in bridge mode to connect to internet
a SMEserver 9.2 (Linux)
1 switch behind this server ----> 1 LAN
4 computers clients or the LAN

So, my SMEserver connect me to internet.

can i connect internet from my clients through my SMEserver of course but also through VPN server?
can i istall install with another option than "TAP"?
