Hi,
VPN over ICMP / DNS is enabled by default on the server.
How exactly can I configure the VPN client to connect using ICMP or DNS? Couldn't find any relevant settings...

There is no method to specify the protocol explicitly.
You can only specify the server.
After that, your VPN client will find a way to connect to the server.
