I am using Window 7
1. Hi guys.. i have try all the VPN method and the only method right now that my pc/laptop has been successful was with L2TP/IPsec. I can get to Japan with this.
Now I need the Russian server because I want to play ArcheAge. Is there anyone willing to help me find this Russian server.
2. If I cant get that. Im willing to learn how to make my pc can connect to the VPN using other method.
The other method that I have try was openVPN. But when i download the 64bit version, i have 1 error at TAP device driver. Help please
3. I have tried SoftEther VPN manager but it fail at creating VNA (virtual network adapter)

Did Your Windows fail to create both the OpenVPN's tap device and the virtual network adapter of SOftEther VPN Client?

I dont know about SoftEther vpn ( but i think it also fail because it fail at early creating VNA (virtual network adapter) stage)
