Hello.
I'm on Windows 7 64bit.
When I want to create a local bridge in SoftEther VPN Server, I get installation error (screenshot provided) when trying to install WinPcap.
Is this a bug?

Nope.
This issues resolves when I install the latest version of WinPcap from its official website.
Also, when I uninstall WinPcap afterwards, strangely, sometimes this issue appears again, sometimes it does not.
In another coumputer with the same OS version, this does not happen.
