no instructions for Android kit-kat?

The instructions for VPN on Android step by step guide (Using L2TP/IPsec VPN)
at http://www.vpngate.net/en/howto_l2tp.aspx do not look anything on our Verizon S4 Android 4.4.2 phones? E.g., I see an Identity field, not Forwarding routries field, etc.?

Is there a URL for these kit-kat phones?

Sample settings are almost same to kit-kat.
Please ignore IPSec identifier.
