Restrict user access the internet from server side.

I would like to know how can I restrict the vpn user only can access internal network resources and accessing the internet by VPN is prohibited?

Add rule to access list to deny packet for gateway router MAC address.

If I use same gateway to access the vpn server. this would cause the connection dropped?

Communication constituting the VPN tunnel does not pass through the virtual HUB so there is no problem

Just remove the gateway from the nat configuration
