Using Softether DDNS outside of the bundle

Is there a way to use SoftEther DDNS from outside of the VPN software package? E.g hitting something like http://xxx.softether.net/dyndns/update? ... ip=1.2.3.4.
I have SoftEther VPN Server installed on a box inside the network. Now I plan to sleep that box but still need DDNS function active thus would like to setup periodical update of DDNS on the router.
