When I try to connect via OS X, I get the following error message:
"The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."
The SoftEther service is running on the host machine and I've verified that I can ping the host name, which is bkonia.vpnazure.net. Everything is configured correctly, per the documentation. Also, I have the "Enable LT2P Server Function" enabled.
Can't connect from OS X

VPN Azure doesn't support L2TP.

Which is kind of weird, since there's an "Enable LT2P Server Function" in the configuration settings and the documentation specifically states that it DOES support L2TP.
Whatever!

Softether VPN supports L2TP, but VPN Azure does not support L2TP.
