Yes, and you can get the desired result if the remote VPN sites have non-overlapping address spaces.

My configuration at the central location is a single Virtual Hub bridged into a tap_ interface with several Cascade Connection to remote sites. Static routes are required on both ends. SecureNAT can be configured at endpoints that can not or will not participate in the routing scheme.

The Layer 3 switching feature in SoftEther can substitute or supplement this kind of configuration. SoftEther is particularly good for this kind of solution because it robustly handles outages, disconnections, and IP address changes.
