vpngate-client-2015.02.18-build-953- error 2, protocol error

Hi, i have installed the vpngate-client-2015.02.18-build-9530.131874 last day
but i can't connect to ANY relay sever when i click it to one vpn server, it always get an error "Error 2: Protocol Error." via my new installed router Linksys e8350 ( donnt know is it a matter of that?),

and i have tried to use other device to connect and still get the Error 2 same

How can I do it???? Pretty thanks
