Some clients, like your Android's OpenVPN, is unable to do IPv6 autoconfig. Therefore, you will have to setup a dhcpv6 server. You can take a look at dnsmasq. However, if you use dnsmasq, you will need to disable SecureNAT and also create a bridge to the TAP where dnsmasq leases out addresses.

L3 mode OpenVPN doesn't support IPv6.
Did you use L2 mode OpenVPN?
