Error 1 on attempted connection

I have installed both server and client on windows 10 workstations.

when I attempt to connect I get an error 1 I have performed the time sync and on both the server and workstation are exact.
I have created and import the certs into workstation

The VPN Client in the network connections is showing the red X and the WiFi connection is of course showing connected

what additional information do you need from me to assist in this issue
