how to use Virtual Network Adapter? (for dummies)

Hi, this is my first time trying to use a VPN and I used this https://forum.softether.org/viewtopic.p ... 475#p83379 guide to download softether.
my question is where do I find the destination VPN servers? On that guide it said that all available servers could be found in the client area, problem is I have no idea where that is.

chances are I'm doing something else wrong so all replies are appreciated :)
