Compiling error, please help!

I am getting massive amounts of errors when compiling the raw source code, and it seems to be due to the version of VS2008 I'm using. I've tried for hours now to get the same version number as listed in the Build instructions ( SP1 9.0.30729.4462 QFE ) but no matter what it always is this version: 9.0.30729.1 SP

I hired two different freelance programmers to try compiling it themselves, and they both had no problems whatsoever. Can someone help me find the correct version to download so I can get a successful build?
